Elly's Birthday Card

Our DGD Elly has a birthday in March. I will be out of town until the day before her birthday so wanted to get her card made. She will be visiting her Grandpa while I am gone so needed to have a card here for him to give to her.

Spring Mini Tildas

This is my entry for the Magnolia-licious Highlights blog challenge. We were to make a spring card using Mini Magnolias. I think the butterfly Tilda shoud be a little more upright but not going to change it because I would probably ruin it someway.

We had storms most of the day, lots of rain. Oklahoma has brokens so many records this year and this Feburary with the record snows. Now they tell us we have had record rains. I don't know how many inches of rain we got but they say it is more than we have every had in Feb. Thanks so much for taking the time to come visit here and leave your comments.

Flourishes Flowers

I've been making Birthday cards for ladies on RAK and WRAK. I am a Birthday Fairy on Wish RAK and also do 2 cards a month for birthdays on RAK. My stash was getting very low so decided I needed to spend some time getting cards ready. I also need cards for the WRAK Welcoming committee. I am going to get more finished tomorrow and hope to be back to my Magnolias. They are my favorite to use. Thanks for coming by today.

Shipping Out!

I have many Great Grandsons so am sure one of them will get this LOTV image. It is one of the new LOTV images I recently bought. It is colored with copic markers and I used some Nitwit digital paper on it, added a few button and string and it was done.

Another Card from SS kit!

This card was made from my second kit from my SS. Thank you SS. These were awesome kits. The others were too, I have just made myself quit hoarding the kits and start using them. I think most of us do that with our kits. I am going to enter it in the Corrosive Challenge to use Angels, dragons etc. on your card. Hope you are all having a great 3 day weekend. Birthday for Friend

This card is for a friend that I am in a secret swap with on WishRAK. I hope she likes it. I used some digi papers from Bearly Mine. I get tired of searching thru papers looking for just the right one. I used these digi papers on several cards today. I'm going to a shoebox swap tomorrow afternoon. It should be fun. It's been two years since this lady has had one so I am excited. Thanks for coming by and looking today.

Stamp from SS!

I received an awesome package from my SS today. I was so excited to make a card with the first kit. It had this Penny Black Slapstick stamp included and the embellishments and all dp were also part of the kit. There is enought stuff to make at least 4 or more cards. Challenge Card for Our Group!

I am entering this Tilda in another challenge besides our SS Challenge. I am also entering it in Magnolia Stamp Lovers challenge to do pastels. I used PT Aqua Mist and SU Barely Bananna cardstock. I colored her with copic markers and used the Magnolia border die that matches the doiley die. I used Wild Orchid Craft flowers and a charm from my stash. Birthday Tilda!

I am home. I had a great time but am so happy to be home. I had great company and great food but there is no place like home. It is nice they shared their computers with me but is nice to be on my own. Hope you like this card I made while gone. It is such a cute image. The last Saturday of Feb. my friends and I are doing a challenge and I think there are about 15 of us doing this among friends. It will be so much fun.

A Hangler Birthday card

A friend sent me this darling image and I finally had time to color her. I think I have found something else to collect. Happy Easter!

I'm getting tired of Valentines so decided to make an Easter card. This Tilda is so cute but aren't they all.

I am supposed to be in Mt. View, OK from Sat. thru Wed. or Thurs. but do not know if the roads are safe. We have to go on the turnpike and it has been closed due to cars off the road everywhere. Our 16-18 in of snow is not going away too fast. I hope the weather is better where you are.

Our Second Challenge!

Donelda sent me this image in a SS kit swap a few months ago. I still had some of the paper, flowers, twine, and black glittered paper she sent me. Everything I used on this card is from her kit. Kit From Jadeonline!

This card was made from a card kit I received from Jadeonline in a swap that I am in. Everyone in this swap sends one kit a month to different ladies. We are assigned the person who will get out kit each month. It has been a lot of fun. We were to use our kits and enter it in the swap forum contest. This kit had the prettiest dp in it and I have enough to make another card. Thanks Jadeonline for an awesome kit. I added the bling and the hearts on the bottom and the MS punch. Everything else came from the kit.

Snowed in!

We are snowed in! We got 16-18 inches of snow and the town of Dewey and Bartlesvile completely shut down yesterday and most are still closed today. I wanted to go out and take some pictures but couldn't get the front door opened. I worked at it and finally got it open by shoving the snow aside but didn't have my boots on so I couldn't wade out thru it. No school again today. This is more snow than we get all winter with 3-5 small snows. We rarely get over 4 in. at a time. It is beautiful and love looking out at it.

This is one of my favorite Penny Black images. I have been coloring for a couple of days now and needed to get some birthday cards made for RAK and WishRAK birthdays. I have lots of Penny Black Hedgies. They are my favorite of all their images.
