Balloons! Outlawz Copic/Promarker Challenge Blog

Our challenge this week is balloons!  Any kind of balloon will do as long as it is colored with Copic Markers or Promarkers.  I hope you join us today for some fun and great prizes.  My image is a Magnolia image and I paperpieced this one for fun and it is colored with Copic markers.  You can find the challenge HERE.
