It is sad that we need these type cards.  I never seem to have enough of them to send to friends or family.  I love this image from D2D or From The Heart.   This has to be short today as I have to get the house cleaned for company.    They will be here a week so need to get busy.

Happy Birthday for Riley!

I entered this card for Riley in one of the DTGD challenges on SCS.  There are a lot of challenges and doubt if I get them all done.    I also saw so many gorgeous cards looking through the different challenges.  Her Birthday isn't until middle of August but she was here and saw it and said I want that for my birthday card.  Can I have it?  So of course I said YES but not until your birthday.

It's A Boy!

I've had some requests from church members for some baby cards so I have been busy making baby boy cards because that is what she needed.  Hoping she will like this one.  I will be taking it and a few more to Church with me tomorrow for her to choose from.  I will be working in the Church nursery tomorrow.  Hope we have several babies.  I thought this was perfect for Mo's challenge.

Christmas In July!

It is Friday and that means it is time for another Outlawz Alcohol Markers Challenge.  It is the last Friday of the month so it means Anything Goes is the challenge with a twist to do a Christmas card if you want, but you don't have to.  This was a fun card to make.  The image is from one of my Outlawz Sisters Sandi.  I love poinsettias.  I cut the frame and papers out with my Cameo.  I colored the image with my Copic Markers.  The CS is Real Red and paper is from my stash.  Hope to see you joining us for some terrific prizes.

 I made this card from a SS card kit from Tracie.  Tracie thanks so much for this fun kit.  I am finally making myself use these kits.  They are all packed so beautifully that I hated to ruin them by using them.  I hope I am not the only one who does this.  Below is the sketch that I followed.  I colored this with my Copic Markers and everything except the ribbon and leaves came from the kit.

Giggles and Turqoise!

I wanted to use this darling image by Mo Manning.  I love her images, they are so fun to color.  I used some papers from My Minds Eye 6X6 papers from the My Girl pad.  My cardstock is SU Bermuda Bay.  She was colored with my Copic Markers.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the pearls were from the My Girl embellishments.  The leaves were punched with my MS leaf punch.

Sunday is the day for the  Corrosive Challenge Blog's new challenge which is to use a Fancy Fold on your card.  I love this Mayzy Art image and it went well with the camping 6X6 pad from Echo Park.  I love this image.  Mayzy is offering $15.00 in free images to our winner.    I colored her with my Copic Markers.
