April Showers!

Today is our Anything Goes challenge over at The Outlawz!  Mine is always my calendar and this is for April.  Come join us for some fun.

I am still in Oregon.  We spent today in Florence, OR.  It has rained the entire time we've been here so we are going home a day earlier than planned.  The cabin has to be heated with a wood stove so it is kinda bad on my dry eyes.  I love it here though.  We are going to go to Coos Bay tomorrow and shop and then the Jelly Factory at Bandon and a scrapbook store and then head home a day early.   I am in a Safeway grocery store in the Starbucks section using their internet to post this.  No internet at the cabin this year.

With Sympathy!

This is a card I made for a friend when she lost a Grandchild.  I'm not doing much creating so finding cards I haven't shared on my blog before now.

We are driving North tomorrow up the coast to Oregon.  Going to stay at the Cabin at Winchester Bay and go up to Florence to Mo's for some of the best Clam Chowder I've ever eaten.    I'm sharing a few more photos.

Hanglar Center Step Card!

This is my first Center step card.  It was so easy but sounded like it would be hard to make.  I used one of my Hanglar images and my copic markers.  I used some Wild Orchid Craft Flowers to embellish it and a spellbinder die for the sentiment.

Yesterday we went to Woodley Island to eat lunch at the Marina.  I had some really good  fresh fish & chips.  The fishing boats were right outside the Marina.

This is my Granddaughter Annabelle and her baby sister Annamarie.

Annabelle is in her pajamas.  She is going to be 13 yrs. old on April 18th.

Outlawz Easter Bunnie or Chocolate Challenge

I am in California visiting my DD and her 3 kids and 8 Great Grandkids.  The two new babies are so cute, and I've already held both of them.    I'm including one photo of me holding the two babies.

You can tell I was tired.  After this picture was taken I slept ll hours.  Between the plane ride and sitting in such a confined area and then a 6 hr drive to Eureka I was exhausted but am feeling good today other than my RA is acting up in the damp air.  Have a great day everyone.

Spring Tilda!

I am all packed and ready to leave for California tomorrow.  I wanted to get my blog changed before I left and enter in a few challenges.  I can't wait to hold those two new babies and spoil them for their mama's.
My plane does not leave until 2:30 in the afternoon but I want to be there by 1:00.  It is a long walk to the Loading gates.  I dread the walks and the lines but it will all be worth it.

I have been busy today packing.  It is very hot here so I packed  spring clothes.  My daughter called me and told me it was in the 50's and rainy there so to pack warm clothes, so I spent the day repacking.  I am so excited to see all of the California members of our family.
