Traveling Tilda!M

Hello friends,
I am so sad for the people in the south for all the losses they have had in the last few days and the destruction. We have our share of tornadoes here in Oklahoma but that one was so bad and so many lives lost. They are in my prayers.

This card is for a friend who has a birthday coming up. I've had this Tilda for over a year and this is the first time she has seen ink. I really like her and guess I am on an aqua kick because so many of the last few cards I've made are in this color. Hope you like her too.

Thanks for coming by and visiting me. I love to read your comments.

Go West! for the Men in my life....

A lot of the men in our family love cards with a western theme. I am trying to get a few made ahead so I will have them. There are lots of birthdays coming up so made about 6 of this type of card. I know they will like them as they prefer this type card.

I am entering this in Aly's Sunday Challenge. You have to use twine or string.

Thank you for stopping by. I love reading your comments.

Tilda Cooks!

I have several Granddaughters who love to cook so I always make cards for them with Tilda cooking or using some utensils and they love them. When you have as many as I do you try to make their cards ahead so you will have them when you need them.

We had a wonderful Easter. I hope you did too.

This is a lazy day for me. It rained all night and is still raining now. It is a good day to stay inside and relax, maybe work in my craftroom.

Thanks for coming by to visit. I love reading the comments.

Corrosive Challenge Card!

This week at the Corrosive Challenge we were to use an animal on our cards. I love the Penny Black Hedgies so that is what I chose to use this week. I have been doing lots of pastel cards for Easter so wanted to use some bright colors on this card. I hope you can come and play with us this week. All you need to enter is an animal image on your card. I am looking forward to seeing you over there at their homepage.

Happy Easter Everyone!

MY FAVORITE TILDA, for now!

Here is another Birthday card for one of the grandaughters. I love this Tilda and she is my favorite of the new sets. I wish I hadn't colored the flower pink but I did color this one before choosing a dp, so that is what happens when I do that.

I am hoping you all have a wonderful Easter weekend. We are all getting together and having a dinner and an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday and then going to Church on Sunday. I will be having company and looking forward to seeing everyone. I am really happy that they will be going to Church with us.

Have a great evening tonight. Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate the sweet comments you leave.

One More Hanglar & Stanglar!

I love this little girl in her playsuit. I also love the Wild Orchid Crafts daffodils.

I'm not sure which grandchild will get this card but one of them will. I have a grandaughter to be with a birthday Saturday so she may get it. I hope she likes it as it is one of my favorites that I have made.

Thank you for coming by today and checking out my card. Thank you so much for the nice comments you leave me. I'm off to visit my Mother today probably in the afternoon. She is about 45 min. away in a care center. She will be 88 yr. old in a few weeks. I am so blessed to still have her.

Sorry for the horrible photo. I just saw all the shadows under the flowers. I'm not going to fix it tho, just have too many things to do.

Home Tweet Home

This week our challenge at the Corrosive Challenge blog is Home Sweet Home! I didn't have a home stamp of any kind so I went with the bird bath as being Home Tweet Home. I hope it is okay and it works for the DT. It was fun to make. This is a Whipper Snapper Image and it was colored with copic markers.

As of May 1, I will be an official member of the design team for the Corrosive challenge and I am really happy to join. I'm sure I will have many questions because this is the first time I have been on a DT. Thanks Janet for asking me. I appreciate your faith in me.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you all have a wonderful day. Thanks for all the awesome comments.

SS Easter Card

This card was made with one of the kits my wonderful Secret Sister sent me. The only think that I used that was not in the kit was the doily behind the image. She has such great taste and was a wonderful SS. Thanks so much!!! You know who you are. I can't reveal the name until later this month. Hope you enjoy the card.

April Challenge Swap Card

Every month about 15 ladies swap images and make a card out of whatever we are sent. This darling image was sent out by Queenbee Jo. We are having so much fun with this challenge swap. I don't know the name of this image but I really like it. Thanks Jo, for picking such a great image.

I hope you are having some sunshine and warm weather. We went from 36 degrees this morning to 78 this afternoon. I guess everyone is having crazy weather. I hope the wind quits blowing so hard tomorrow. We have wildfires everywhere. We really need rain.

Have a great day everyone and thanks so much for coming by.

Tilda and her Bunny!

I hope you all had a great weekend. I sure did with lots of family coming and going. We had a cookout with some awesome Buffalo Wings. No one cooks them as well as my son Scott. They were delicious. We had a fun weekend and got to hold lots of great grandbabies.

This card was colored with copic markers. It was made for another Grandchild. When you have as many as I do it takes lots of cards to get each one of them one. I may start leaving off the older Grandchildren because that makes about 31 for every occasion if I do everyone a card which I usually do.

Thanks for the blog awards Cheri and Kathy. I'll try to get them posted on my blog tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate all the sweet comments. God bless and have a nice day.

I'm entering this card in:
Crazy Challenge: Just Add Flowers
Craft Your Passion: Anything Goes
Let's Ink It Up: Easter-no digis

Lounging Easter Bunny

This is for another Grandchild, a little boy this time. I hope he likes this cute little bunny. It is a Whipper Snapper image I think. I know it is an older image I have had for a long time. I love all their stamps.

A big thanks to all my CMC friends for following me. It's nice to look over and see so many new followers.

Thank you all for saying such sweet things when you leave your comments. I love reading them and appreciate you all so much.
